Membership
Overdrive Society membership is a monthly subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
- Membership is subject to verification and approval
- Membership fees are charged monthly via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time - no contracts, no cancellation fees
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Membership can be revoked for violation of member rules
Events
By attending Overdrive Society events, you agree to:
- Follow all member rules (see Rules page)
- Assume responsibility for your own vehicle and safety
- Not hold Overdrive Society liable for any damage, injury, or loss at events
- Allow photos and video to be taken at events for promotional use
- Follow all local traffic laws when traveling to and from events
Liability
Overdrive Society is a community organization, not a professional event company. By participating:
- You attend all events at your own risk
- Overdrive Society is not responsible for damage to vehicles, property, or persons
- You are responsible for your own insurance and vehicle safety
- No street racing or reckless driving is endorsed or condoned
Merch & Purchases
- All sales are final
- Defective items will be replaced at no cost
- Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees
Content
By submitting photos of your build for the application or website features, you grant Overdrive Society permission to use those images for promotional purposes. You can request removal at any time.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any membership at any time for violation of our rules. Zero-tolerance violations result in permanent bans with no refund for the current billing period.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
